Dealing with Frequent Recurrence of Paypal Error Code 1004

My daughter called me up a while ago and she asked me to send her money the soonest possible time. She is currently taking up a business course in a known academic institution situated in New York. We are oceans away from her now and sending money to her is always a struggle for me and my husband. Just recently, a friend of mine suggested me to make use of Paypal as this facility is what she is currently using. She believes that this site helps in sending and receiving funds safely. Even if I sometimes experience paypal error code 1004, I do believe that using Paypal is far better than sending money through money order or money transfer. Also, this error is less grueling compared to other hitches I experienced from other money sending options. I wish I won’t go through the same undesirable experience again now that I will send money to my daughter. She needs the money the soonest possible time and I do not want to keep her worrying. She just becomes ill at ease whenever we have to go through this process and I completely understand why.
