So many skype problems are as a result of failed internet connection. This is in cases when one cannot connect to the internet and therefore they can not open up Skype or even send messages. In case you are having a skype problem, its always good to check if your internet connection is okay. In most cases it will not be properly connected, therefore disconnecting it and reconnecting it once again may solve the issue once and for all. This should solve your Skype issue. However, in case you have an outdated Skype version, then you will have Skype problems too. An up to date Skype will work better than an out of date version, and this is a very common phenomenon with all computer softwares. Therefore do not relax and wait to hire a technician in case you are having such problems. However, some Skype issues are quite technical and may require a technical help. One can either hire an IT expert or contact Skype through its customer service and the problem will be fixed as soon as they receive your problem.
