There are many different reasons why exercise is good for you. However, we all are motivated by different things and so it is a good idea to think about what might motivate you. It might be the health benefits, the fact that it keeps weight down, makes you look good or perhaps because it keeps you looking younger.
There are in fact, quite a few ways that exercise can keep you looking young. Firstly it will help you to keep slim. most people get bigger as they get older and so being fatter can make you look older. this means that by exercising regularly enough to keep the weight down, you will look younger. Toning muscles will also make you look thinner and this will also help to keep you looking younger.
Exercising your body will also help it to stay healthier. It will help keep away all the diseases associated with old age such as heart disease and cancer and so this will also help to keep you looking younger.
Exercise like in a boot camp helps your mobility and so you will be less likely to need to rely on a stick and then later a zimmer frame r even wheelchair. This has got to keep you looking and feeling a lot younger. Because exercise does make you feel younger, then you will look younger too - how you feel very much is reflected in how you look.
So if you are worried about getting old or looking old, then exercise can be the answer for you, It can help both in your mind as well as in your body and there are so many other fantastic reasons why exercise is so good for you, that you would be silly not to do any! If this does not motivate you to get fit, then it is hard to know what will!
