Mom’s Ability to Resolve Issues Relating to their Company

My mother has always been helpful to the company she is currently working for. Recently, she contributed a lot in resolving a company complaint, which greatly affected its entire operation. Mom is actually considered one of this organization’s best assets. I truly admire her for her dedication to her craft. It seems like she is already holding a managerial position, when in fact, she has no formal training on this field. My mother likes to explore on things and she is a very good observer. She has keen eye on details, as well. These attributes are probably what made her amongst her superiors’ favorites. She has received a number of recognition for her remarkable performance at work. Her colleagues look up to her and they always seek for her advice whenever they come across unusual incidences regarding their work. She is liked by many not only for her expertise in the trade she is into, but also she is very accommodating and always humble. I am really proud of her and I hope that I’ll be like her in the future.
