Teachers should touch on the future of the students when teaching.

As a lecturer, it is my duty to explain to all my students matters pertaining to their future, like job search before they graduate from college. Sometimes I hire career guidance counselors to talk to them on such issues, so that once they get out of college, their chances of getting a job will be high. I usually take them to visit various job centers in order to learn their way of getting a job to many job seekers and last year I took my sales team to a tamworth telesales jobs center. This helps them so much because once they graduate, they are able to register themselves with these centres an they can get a job immediately. There is no need to just teach students and leave it at that. With the high cost of living being experienced in our country, only those who are employed stand a better chance and teachers should do their best to ensure that their students will be among the survivors by equipping them with all manner of knowledge and information.
