People who are working together always set the same goals that they intend to achieve together as a team. This means that they have to work together and to help each other out in order for the set goals to be achieved. There are people who do not know how to work together and these will need to be trained on teamwork in order to consider their fellow colleagues as teammates who also have the same goals as them to achieve in the end. If for instance it is a team of commercial roofing contractors, they will have to agree on so many issues because all of these issues will affect the results that they will get in the end. If a colleague is on the wrong, you can bring them back on the right path for the benefit of the entire team. Each team member needs to know that their actions will affect everybody else, and therefore they should guard them so much. This way, you will be enjoying great success as a team.
