If you have had an injury at work then you will need to find a solicitor that knows about work compensation if you want to make an accident at work compensation claim. This is something that you are entitled to do if the accident was not your fault.
The reason for this is because companies have a responsibility for looking after their workforce. If they have not taken on their responsibility, then they will have to pay compensation to the person who was injured. Some people decide not to claim compensation and other people do.

Finding a good solicitor is more important than you might think. You may decide to just use one who comes through a company you have heard of, maybe seen an advertisement on the television or something like that. However, it is important to make sure that they are the right person for the job. You want to make sure that they have a lot of experience with cases like yours and that they are successful. You want to make sure that you get someone who is good. Even if you think your case is obvious, you want to get a good solicitor as your employer could have a really good solicitor and they will not want you to win the case.
